Joseph Burley
Before moving to North Carolina, I worked in a professional office in Daytona Beach for over 30 years, and have had the privilege of being part of the design team on some of the largest projects in the Volusia County, Florida area. I have produced technical documents for all the construction disciplines, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical, as well as Civil and Surveying drawings.
As part of our office marketing program, I was responsible for producing project models, from old school chip board models to computer generated mass modeling, culminating in photo-realistic project renderings. Add to that, post-completion final project record drawings and Architectural Photography round out the duties I have built my career around, and are the services I now wish to offer to the home owners, real estate professionals, builders and design professionals in this beautiful North Carolina Appalachian Area.
